- Markdown headings:

- Italic-only line:
*Story title* or _Story title_
Everything until the next heading/italic-only line becomes that issue’s description. Jira keys like
PAY-123 are detected automatically.
Fallback: plain lines matching As a..., I want... are also treated as issue titles.
